NCACH is Rebranding!

We are excited to announce our next chapter, an evolution of our journey as we continue working together toward a future with thriving conditions for all.

In early 2022, we shared our revised mission statement and our plans of moving beyond a Medicaid transformation-driven organization to one that looks at health and wellness more holistically.

Too many people in our region are struggling or suffering, and we can't wait until they are in crisis to help. In an effort to begin working upstream, we've shifted our framework over the last year to include a focus on the vital conditions.

Investing in programs that build up the vital conditions can result in a decreased demand for urgent services and prevent crisis.Moving forward, we are dedicated to a simple, measurable goal: All people and places thriving together - no exceptions.

Introducing Thriving Together NCW

On February 6th 2023, the Governing Board of North Central Accountable Community of Health voted to approve the organization’s new name, Thriving Together NCW, and the accompanying logo.

Our framework has been gradually evolving and now we have a nameand logo that more accurately reflects our vision.
