Key Note Speakers:

Jason Goldwater, MS, MPA, PMP, Telehealth Strategy & Evaluation Advisor

Jason is an expert in telehealth strategic planning, implementation, evaluation and measurement with over two decades of experience leading projects on using telehealth to improve health care. He recently published a cost benefit study of telehealth that has been presented to Congress, the White House, and multiple Federal agencies. Jason developed a national framework for measuring the value of telehealth and its impact on clinical care for the National Quality Forum and served as Principal Investigator for a California Health Care Foundation grant on the use of telehealth for chronic disease management and care coordination.

Kathy Letendre, MHSA, VP Organizational Excellence, Principal Consultant

Kathy Letendre creates transformative experiences for her clients, catapulting leadership and organizational performance to new heights. Kathy is an expert in organizational excellence, transformation, and performance. As an experienced healthcare executive and champion of transformational improvement, she shares her expertise with leaders, helping them achieve unprecedented levels of excellence for themselves and their organizations. She has a reputation as a collaborative and passionate agent of change.

Christian Milaster, MS, Founder, President & CEO, Digital Health Transformation, Advisor & Consultant

Christian Milaster is passionate about accelerating the adoption of digital health innovation to enable the delivery of extraordinary care through optimized workflows and proper technology. He is the founder and CEO of Ingenium Digital Health Advisors and Ingenium Healthcare Advisors where a team of experienced consultants and senior healthcare experts are demonstrating how healthcare delivery organizations can achieve clinical, financial, and operational excellence. Christian is a German Engineer who worked for IBM in Germany and the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, before launching his consulting firm in 2012. He survived 14 Minnesotan winters and now resides outside of Annapolis, Maryland.

Dell Anderson M.ED, LMHC, Executive Director

Dell Anderson is the Executive Director of Renew Grant Behavioral Health & Wellness, where he is leading an organizational transformation. He is proud to serve on the Board & as Vice Chair at Thriving Together NCW.

Ashby Wolfe, MD, MPP, MPH , Regional Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Ashby Wolfe is a board-certified family physician and serves as Regional Chief Medical Officer for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) offices in Seattle and San Francisco. Dr. Wolfe has served as a CMS Regional Chief Medical Officer since 2015, focusing on the implementation of Medicare and Medicaid policy across the Western United States and the Pacific Territories (AK, ID, OR, WA, AZ, CA, HI, NV, Guam, American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands). As a senior medical advisor for CMS programs in the West, she provides clinical expertise to the divisions of Medicare and Medicaid payment policy, quality improvement, survey operations, contracted health plans and serves as a principal liaison with the clinical community.

Christopher Chen, MD, MBA, Medical Director

Dr. Christopher Chen, MD, MBA, is a medical director for Medicaid at the WA State Health Care Authority. Dr. Chen is dedicated to serving the underserved and believes in the HCA’s mission to use innovative polices and purchasing strategies to improve health and address disparities. He helps guide clinical policy and strategy at the agency, and supports initiatives in health information technology, telehealth, quality, and health equity. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and his business degree from The Wharton School. Dr. Chen completed his residency in internal medicine – primary care at the University of Washington.
