Each year, we host and sponsor webinars, workshops, and skill-based trainings in an effort to support our partners on their professional journeys and to build adaptive communities. Thriving Together NCW governing board meetings, which are open to the public, are also listed on our calendar.

The Hope Dealers: Wenatchee Premier
Join us for a community documentary premiere and panel conversation highlighting local recovery efforts taking place. This screening is hosted in partnership with CAFE.
De-Escalation & Conflict Resolution (Omak)
Join us for Conflict Resolution Training where you'll learn valuable skills to help you navigate through disagreements. Wenatchee Valley Dispute Resolution Center (WVDRC) will present a full-day, in-person training on the following topics:
Listening and communication skills for teams and community engagement
Exploration of conflict cycle and management styles
