What are some limitations of the study's data?
Data Collection Challenges; Data Quality Challenges (e.g., missingness/omissions)
We believe that some respondents may not have fully understood what some of the sexual orientation or gender identity options were. There was a high percentage of "Asexual" respondents that were likely "heterosexual" but didn't know the terminology or their definitions. There also seemed to be some confusion about how to count or define "dependents." While the survey was available in English, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese, only English and Spanish versions were returned completed. While the non-English versions were professionally translated, there may have also been a need for some additional interpretation as "wellbeing" may be a difficult concept to understand.
